Our communal water use has more than doubled recently, and because the flats share one water supply, every leak in any flat is paid for by every flat. We've published a leaks guide with quick checks for the three most common causes: toilet cisterns that keep refilling, washing machine and dishwasher hoses, and the hot water cylinder, including a short video from a resident showing how to check the tundish.
