Sovereign Quay, home to 60 apartments and 5 commercial units in the heart of Cardiff Bay, is managed by its own leaseholders through Sovereign Quay RTM Company Limited, using the Right to Manage provisions of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. That means decisions about the upkeep, services and finances of our building are made by people with the biggest stake in getting them right: residents themselves.
This site is the central place for news, notices, key documents and practical information for everyone who lives at or owns a property here. We're neighbours first and a company second, so if something's missing or unclear, tell us and we'll sort it.
